"The benefits of production automation in your factory: Increased efficiency, lower costs."

"Production automation is a term used to describe the process of automating production activities, which can lead to increased efficiency, higher reliability, and significant cost savings. There are numerous different industries where production automation can add value. Improving efficiency and productivity is one of the key benefits of production automation. Machines can perform tasks faster and more accurately than humans, speeding up production processes and increasing productivity. This results in higher output and lower costs per unit. Additionally, not only does this lead to higher output, but it also provides your employees with the opportunity to focus on other tasks."

The strength of our engineers

At Geurtsen, we have more than 40 engineers in-house. Their strength? They can walk into the factory at any time to inspect the machine. This means direct collaboration between our design and production teams for efficiency, rapid turnaround, and quality control. Together, we strive for high-quality and tailor-made solutions to automate your production process.

Problem analysis

Before we commence the project, we would like to have an introductory meeting. Subsequently, we will thoroughly analyze the issue and exchange ideas on possible solutions together.

Pre-
Engineering

After analyzing the problem, we move on to pre-engineering. In this phase, we identify risks and build a test setup in which we can test the selected techniques.

Engineering

Once the techniques have been validated in the pre-engineering phase, we proceed to the engineering phase. During this stage, the machine is detailed extensively, and we arrive at a final design.

Production

After evaluating the final design, we move on to the production phase. This process involves selecting the appropriate materials, assembling the components, and testing the machine.

Installation

Once the machine is assembled and tested, it will be installed at your location. During this phase, the machine will also be commissioned, and operators will be trained.

Service & Maintenance

After installation, we offer service and maintenance to ensure reliable operation and a long lifespan of the machine.

Tony's Chocolonely Tasting Package

Tony Chocolonely's tasting sets find their way to the Dutch market thanks to Müller Fresh Food Logistics. The growing demand for this product posed a challenge for Müller, which Geurtsen, an expert in custom machine building, was able to solve. Discover how Geurtsen turned this challenge into an automated success!

Cirulaire matrassenlijn voor Auping

The newly developed automated mattress production line, on which we collaborated with Robotize for Auping, is fully circular. This enables the fully automated production of over 2,000 different mattress variations in 'One Piece Flow'.

Machinefabriek Geurtsen delivers what they promise and therefore has the confidence of Teijin Aramid. We are very pleased with the thinking along during the design phase, the timely delivery of projects and associated documentation, and the quality delivered. We really like the hands-on mentality of the assembly leader and the mechanics.
